All watches sold through this website are sold by a private individual and not in the capacity of a business or trader. The sale is therefore governed by the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (1990:931) and not by consumer protection legislation.

All watches are pre-owned and may show signs of age and wear, particularly vintage timepieces. Condition, functionality, originality, included accessories, and any notable remarks are described as accurately as possible in each individual listing.

All watches are sold as is, unless explicitly stated otherwise. No general warranty, right of withdrawal, or open purchase policy is offered.

Any manufacturer, retailer, or service warranty applies only if explicitly stated for the specific watch.

For vintage watches, components such as the movement, dial, hands, crown, crystal, or bracelet may have been replaced or serviced during the watch’s lifetime. This is normal for older watches and does not constitute grounds for a claim unless explicitly stated as a deviation in the listing.

Accuracy, timekeeping performance, and water resistance may vary, especially for older watches, and cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The buyer is encouraged to ask questions and request additional information prior to purchase if needed.

 

All sales are final and no returns are guaranteed once a transaction is completed. However, I am always open to reasonable and constructive dialogue regarding a purchase. Any return, refund, or buy-back is considered on a case-by-case basis and remains entirely at my discretion, all buyers are responsible for ensuring that the watch meets their expectations prior to purchase.
